Ok, I seem to have developed a reasonable tactic with regard to bombing, coming only second to a tyrant equipped 40/67 BW on the order side in the six or so sc's I've run since getting a bit better at it.

Do a search on the realm watsit (http://www.war-europe.com/#/realmwarcharacter/?lang=en&realmwar=CharacterSearch.war) to see what gear im using. Nothing really special in there other than my staff.

Here's my current build (http://www.wardb.com/career.aspx?id=11#0:0:0:0:15:43680:25:563:8212:821 1:8197:14120::15121:670:8216:671:8222)

I'm sure that the build / tactics can be improved - they were selected in a rush when Kabane wanted me running bomb spec for the guild warband last night.

Anyway. Here's how it goes, nothing special:

Upon seeing enemy, or knowing that engagement is imminent, use firey breath to get career mechanic up. Takes three seconds to get to 60% with the tactic. Five to get to 100%. This is the quickest route I know, and seems to suffer very little from blowback, most of the time getting there on 100% health. For me thats worth the tactic slot.

Then I run straight for the middle of the biggest blob, going dot/tab/dot/tab/dot/tab. If I need to concentrate on a particular destro for some reason, I throw the lot on them and silence them too. Either way, it's the dots that make the difference. If you can get all the destro dotted, they seem to become more squishy. Just before melee range hit shield of a-squishy. Once I'm in the middle dump annihilate, couple more flame breaths, morale 2, annihilate. If I still alive i refresh dots on whatever is left and do the same again. Forget the 2 second cast AOE fireball. Takes way too long to cast and without focused mind can be knocked back even with sheild of a-squishy so I'm finding.

With a tank sheild and a bit of luck, I'm death-on-a-stick and top the damage charts easily. Probably wont fare so well against the premades ofc.

EDIT: BTW, when you're going to die and everything useful is on cooldown, dump the career mechanic into scorched earth. Seems to give a last little boost of damage before you expire, and is great for finishing something off if you know you can afford to lose the crits.

Hi Coto.
On your morales.
"Conflagration of doom" is not a very good morale, stick with using "ruin and destruction" and "scintillating energy". Its taken way to much time to build M4.

On your tactics.
If you are bombing you NEED to use close quarters. This will buff you dmg by 25%.

On your spec
Spec for "funnel power", it will give you a nice overall dmg buff and the dmg will be healed through by your 2 healers. My spec:

Boiling blood/ignite + spreading the flames(our aoe dot) is a very good opener then start building combustion with flame breath.
In premades i normally use "choking smoke" on another healer then the one that’s getting focus by our mdps.

My normal rotation if there are more then one destro near me: flame breath, annihilate, scorched earth, flame breath, scorched earth, annihilate, scorched earth...

Basically good stuff, but don't go for any dot/tab/dot thing.

Just start with ignite and then spreading flames and you dot all up. Flame breath is good to build up combustion, but if you know you are going in use it on enemy. Also use fire gage to pin enemy on their place. And when ever inside enygroup with full combustion scorched earth at least for 3 times. I usually went for 5. Annihilate is awesome but SE was the main bomb thing before patch and sitll is. If you are in range, always always spam fiery blast. Especially with focused mind.

I would make the build like this (for r 40) for basic bombing. Biggest changes are funnel power and tactic close quarters. They will really increase your damage.

Dont forget to debuff healers or someone who's obviously being healed, if you have the talent. Another good morale which myself and Kiltz used with funny consequences was the AP drain. Makes healers drop sticks, shit themselves and run.

Just remember that AP drain does not have no effect whatsoever on DoK heals.
