So since we are going for some basics lets talk morales and team play:
Coordinating morals, also know as moral dumps, in a premade/orvr is the single most powerful attack you can make. All morale dmg is unmitigated and undefendable, so its pure dmg.
A little math:
Last Monday we had 8 tanks, 7 dps[of the right class] and 5 wps in the guild wb, if we had coordinated our morals we could have dealt: 9600 dmg unmitigated and undefendable to a 30 ft area in one GCD and then another 9558 moral dmg over time to the same area(7200 from tanks raze and 2358 from WLs flying axe). This is only morale 2 dmg and without WP morales.
The trick to do this is pretty straight forward:
The leader of the party/wb calls for a morale dump and counts down "3…2…1…dump" and then the following classes fire of their morals:
all tanks "raze" [morale 2]
all WPs "penance [morale 3]
all BWs "ruin and destruction" [morale 2]
all WHs "reversal of fortune" [morale 2]
all SWs "outrider patrol" [morale 2] or "instill fear" [morale 3].
all WLs "flying axe" [morale 2]
[Note: High level rdps could/should go with "focused mind"+aoe abilities for an even greater effect.]
The leader should focus on getting the moral 2 off as soon as the wb/premades have it ready.
Its very important that NO ONE fires off morales unless the leader calls for it, a 30 ft aoe 1200 morale dmg isn’t much but when a lot of characters fire morales at the same time you will win the battle.
EDIT:
Class that anit on the list can use their morals as they like IF they are defensive (Focused mind on RP/AM), but plz dont use any offensive morales unless the leader calls for them.

It's also important sometimes that members on vent provide feedback on their morale regeneration/where they are at.
Overtime the leader gets an idea on the wb overall regen rate, and he or she could just snap call the morale dump :D
Happy morale dumping tonight!

Morale Pots can be a big help, though expensive, maybe a donation from the guild bank to a resposible crafter to make some for guild nights would help
I can make them on mathild - they are expensive I think teh ingredients from memory cost 2g (including flask) then there are the Goldweed and Gobswort (which I always have in stock just takes time to craft) this will provide 2 x 60 minute morale pots (25% increase in morale regen iirc)
The morale pots are on teh same stack as Armour and Thorns Pots too so you can still use your liniments i believe.
I'll make a stack load for tonight and feel free to make any donations you wish :-)

Gold is no obstacle for morale pots.
If there is a crafter willing to spend the time producing morale pots for our WBs, all costs will be reimbursed.
Shout now if you think you can help with the pot production!
no worries Baz I have shed loads of materials in stock other than teh main ingredient which is guild vendor bought - I'll log in early and make a load and sort out the glod later.
That is if altdorf isn't under seige ofc.

urg. should have checked the thread earlier, could have used those nice morale pots! Again guys, those aren't cheap and they're for the good of all, make sure you get re-imbursed for the $$$.
And missed a chance to ask for some for guild night. Maybe have a "hand-out time" (I dunno, it's me spouting ideas) of, say 8:15 in warband to avoid having to drip-feed them to everyone all night? Or is it ok to keep handing them out as needed (I imagine that would be a pain for the crafters, but let us know what you prefer!)
And Konf- what's your idea about SM morale 3..... The damage debuff Bellow, or Bladeshield?

didn't know we had morale pots until this morning. when kabane expected morales to be up before i had started to gain any, did the rest of you use pots? could do with mentioning it in vent hehe, still good idea and my bad :[

Ahh maybe this is what happened to me too. Kabane was saying "you should all be on M2 now guys" and I'm thinking "How does he know that!?". Morale pots. Cool. I'm starting to make a checklist. Actually, I'll make a thread...

I wasn't doing to bad for the morale. Mind you being a WH I only had to go to M2 and pop reversal of fortune which is a must if any WH is going to stand a chance of doing something useful in a blob
yup I had 100 pots on me last night - asked in /wb and /g more than a couple of times if ppl wanted them and got 2 responses........ :S
pointless only 2 ppl having them when you're trying to co-ordinate morales.
and yep they cost 5g a pop (well 5.25g including flask to make 2 = 2.125g each)
So i'm down about 265g atm.
I know I had my d/c issues last night but if people want em then a small degree of organisation is involved (unfortunately) As not everyone uses the forums we can't even put a list up here to mail em to ppl.
I'll put them in the guild vault for one of the officers to distribute - contributions to my gold deficit would be appreciated. :)

Oh and apologies for my disappearance last night - my mobile internet simply cannot handle the zerg. Scens and instances are fine but zerging on that scale lags me out until all the characters disappear and the only thing i can do is ctrl/alt/del and shut the client down :( seems like no guild rvr fun for me but am happy to make pots/liniments for the effort

Hello, if you'd like to take my advice, based on my experience, you use morale pot on special occasions. In other words be conservative/careful in its usage. Rely on it on special moments.
Let's say for your case - just as an example on IC siege. And make sure everyone use it in this particular case.
On another point, try rolling without the morale pot, that is on normal regen rate. That way you also evaluate what's the regen rate like without dependencies of pot.

I would go with "distracting bellow" as M3, but i would use Raze 90% of the time. As Ovation have said offensive morales are better then defensive ones.
