Well i just wanted to know what other warrior priests in guild are spending their career points on. i will not be putting my moral and tactics as these are always changing no matter what i do to keep them the same :D

Here are mine using the wardb.com career path helper:

For dps i use these two depending on what the situation is:

scenarios:
http://www.wardb.com/career.aspx?id=12#0:0:15:41000:7:128:29:8293:8291: 8276:585::::694:8303:8304:8310

Soloing in eataine duel area:
http://www.wardb.com/career.aspx?id=12#0:0:7:128:15:10880:29:::8276:585 ::::694:8303:8304

above you are viewing my dps builds which i usually spend most of my time using. occasionally i respecialise for a tombs run of for lost vale. depending on the boss i use these builds for runnign with the wounds buff or when that is not needed, i go mostly salvation.

wounds buff/healer:
http://www.wardb.com/career.aspx?id=12#7:136:15:10368:0:0:29:::8276:585 ::::694:8303:8304

salvation healing:
http://www.wardb.com/career.aspx?id=12#15:8744:7:128:0:0:29:::8276:585: :::694:8303:8304

These builds are what i am used to when playing in sc's or running for pve. It would be nice to see what other players think about these builds and hopefully will give them an idea of what i will be bringing to a group when i play.

Basically I run with quite the same builds, but if I run scens or dungeons as healer I never go for full salvation. That does not increase your heals that much. Instead I get full grace, but take only wounds (+80 with full grace) from there, rest I put on salvation like this.

http://www.wardb.com/career.aspx?id=12#9:648:15:8192:0:0:29:8278:8280:8 287:8289:14171::15121

Difference comes from tactics. With shield of faith my disrupt is around 45%,
which means with exalted defence that I run around with practically permanent +20% boost on heals. Group purify is also really good, and refresing radiance makes huge difference especially when running with bomb squad.

Full salvation really does not give that much extra to WP heals, I mean I have healed few king runs with no points at salvation only my healing gear equipped.

the only problem is that i cba to start up a group to get that sentinel gear and dark promise gear going. salvation does help for me but im interested in getting that gear and testing out your way of healing :D

Well I got only 4 conq/2 DP on my healing gear. Only DP boots I got from LV and belt I bought from AH, and that gives me total of massive healing crit of 3%. So I really don't go for crits as healer WP.

I only get crit if I go for dps. As Wp you'll get melee crit easily from 30% to even 40%. And for my dps gear I got 2 setups. Other is full warlord and second 3 inv/4 warlord.

OOh a show and tell thread!

These are my builds.

Healing, I use the same in PvP and PvE:-

http://www.wardb.com/career.aspx?id=12#13:520:13:8192:0:0:29:592:8280:8 281:8289::::694:695:8304:697

Can't live without Sigmar's Grace it's just too good and allows your group to make the most of main stat liniments and not worry about wounds buffs.

For loldps I use the following:-

http://www.wardb.com/career.aspx?id=12#0:0:13:10272:11:640:29:585:8276: 8292:8293::::694:695:8304:697

If you're going Wrath/Grace and picking up Guilty Soul then consider getting Soulfire, Guilty Soul is working properly again (it was over-writing itself without ticking) and will proc off Soulfire which of course will tick on multiple targets making it ideal to hit alongside Smite as you charge in.

Also if you're dpsing as a WP I would always pick up Absence of Faith, healing debuffs are essential, even if you are Grace spec'd.

Hmm not quite end level yet, but from what ive used so far.. and what i intend on using for a while more are as follows:

My Main build:
http://www.wardb.com/career.aspx?id=12#0:0:13:10912:9:640:29:585:8293:8 290:8292::::694:692:8304:697

Other dps build (if the above doesnt satisfy my bloodlust)
http://www.wardb.com/career.aspx?id=12#0:0:9:544:13:10912:29:585:8276:8 293:8295::::694:8303:8304:697

Healzzz :

http://www.wardb.com/career.aspx?id=12#15:41512:8:32:0:0:29:592:8278:82 80:8281:::15119:694:692:696:8308

However after looking at those above.. the healer one does'nt seem to be the right idea :P might have to re-look over that

Martyrs blessing helps alot in sc's as it heals others that are not in your group. this helps you get 300k+ heals and 8k+ renown pips.

Hey all

great thread for a general idea, really saves from the hastle of sifting through flaming and baiting.

can anyone link gear set ups too, so we can get a perspective on which stats people like to stack (tough > str / ini > tough... etc)

cheers

Which lvl you get morale Penance and the tactic Exalted Defenses?

Which lvl you get morale Penance and the tactic Exalted Defenses?

Exalted Defences = 33
Penance = 36

Just as a side point Penance is great to run with as a healer, I realise it feels strange to run without your M3 bubble, however when you're getting trained or Mara/Magus pulled a Penance can really save your bum more than your bubble can.

Also, when you do a full offensive morale dump on the enemy 4 warrior priests dropping Penance = 4800 undefendable damage against upto 9 targets each.

As another aside I am actually healing with the following build now:-

http://www.wardb.com/career.aspx?id=12#14:8192:13:8192:0:0:29:592:8281: 8282:8280::::694:695:8304:697

In warbands when your own group is ok throwing out a Martyr's Blessing actually helpes your oother groups out a lot, I crit for up to 1000 with it depending on Knight buffs etc.

Hmmmmm Martyr's Blessing? but its no use other than leeching low renown numbers(tho do keep me up to date how its working out:D)

But that has been pretty much my build except swith MB for cleansing power for a few months now:)

I run with Martyrs blessing and penance. As I play lot scenarios solo both are very usefull (well if we have lot of melee in scenario group, I usually use that AP's from melee attacks morale 2). Anyway while soloing usually there are only few healers in scenarios, so when you see big pile of peeps bashing each other just AOE detaunt enemies, get into middle and use Martyrs blessing.

Obviously I use penance mainly to steall killing blows, but as well if I see group of casters/healers no one is attacking I just go and stagger them all with penance. I mean CC in pug scenarios is next to nothing, so even with your morale stagger you can do wonders solo.

I've been converted actually Avica, I'm quite surprised how useful MB is in warbands (and of course I am leeching my last couple of RRs :p).

Bah Panic, looks like I've got to grind to 70 to get to that spec... I like the wounds buff, but at low RR I feel like I'm missing a whole lot in Salv for just that one ability.

classic Prelate reply :beer: On a side note, yes I should really spec where I feel most comfortable playing (And most important where I strongly believe would best aid allies), which is really in my case high salv!
