Blade and Quill Renown And Other News

There is some excellent news to share - < Blade and Quill > are the 3rd highest renown guild on the K8P server and the 2nd highest Order guild, with



3) 164,811,600, compared to
4) 162,238,256 for Red Guard, just below us, and

1) 273,559,616 for the evil Black Company and
2) 189,049,024 for Destro's Royal Legion

Those tedious zerglingers in Moonlapse are only

5) 158,904,304

While overtaking BC is a way off, we can surely overtake Destro's Royal Legion.

Also, we are about 75% toward Guild Rank 32, where we will get Bastion Stair teleport scrolls, so no more farting about in Chaos Wastes getting to that particular dungeon. After that, at Guild Rank 33, we will get another Guild Vault, which will become another item set vault. Anyone who gets an item set piece they don't need, please deposit in the Guild Vault and share it with your Guild.

We also have some new Officers, as noted elsewhere, so please make these excellent individuals welcome on their new role.

I had a feeling that we would have passed <Red Guard> by now, but with my internet being down I have had no way to confirm this feeling. Thanks for extracting the data from warDB, Mavv!

One thing I would point out (if you did use warDB for the data) is that the Order guild <Precept> doesn't always show up on the rankings (often, I have to filter just for Order guilds to make them appear on the list). They were a transfer from Burlok (which may explain why they don't quite work properly in warDB) and the last time I checked, they were just ahead of us in renown. So it may be that our next target is <Precept>, rather than <Royal Legion>. Although I do want to point out that <Precept> spent many, many months on Burlok with zero Destro opposition and they were zone flipping and IC-farming constantly. So their renown is a little artificially inflated thanks to this whilst the guilds who have been on KEP since the start have never had this advantage.

Either way, it's brilliant news that we have passed <Moonlapse> and <Red Guard> for renown. These ultra-hardcore guilds must be spitting venom that our big, friendly, non-elitist guild has overtaken their achievements! ;)

There's no denying that B&Q are making a massive contribution to the campaign for Order - our incredible renown gain is plain for all to see. Apart fromt he truly awe-inspiring <Black Company>, no other guild on the server is gaining as much renown as us each week. That means that our members are really helping win the war against the forces of Destruction!

Brilliant and inspiring news. Let's see if we can catch some of those guilds above us!

I think it's hilarious that Chupa took the time to post. Really made me chuckle. No really. A belly laugh. **whew** let me catch my breath. Yep, amazing and insightful. I feel blessed, nay, HONOURED that he could allow time from his busy schedule to drop such an insightful piece of wisdom on a forum for a game.
