Visit the Guild Vault

Hi all

Just a reminder about the Guild Vault. I've recently had to auction off dozens of items to clear space in it.

This is a shame, as each of those items could have been of use to someone - I guarantee it. Although the guild gets the resulting gold from my auctioning off of items, that's not really what the guild vault is for - it's to help you guys out with weapons and armour, and even potions and talismans. There could be a great item sitting there that you've wanted for ages.

Please take advantage of this great guild facility - if you want something in the vault, take it. It's yours. And think ahead - if you see a L35 item for your class and you're still only L33, take it and hold on to it for a while, until you level up to the required level.

In case anyone doesn't know where it is, it's in Altdorf opposite the Temple of Sigmar (bottom left of map, approx 15500, 24200). So come and put your useless stuff in there for others to use, or take items that you yourself can use! That's what it's there for! :D

Thanks for taking on the role of Vault Keeper for the guild! I would strongly encourage all guildies to make semi-regular visits to the vault to drop off unwanted items and to collect useful items. It is a great resource! (Moved this thread to the front page news forum).

ah yes this is good to have - because i tend so far to give blue / golden items to Polemides hehehe I have plenty more for lvl 18+ 20+ good for alts! :clap:

vault should only deposit talismans, rare curio, rare seeds , blue and set items and potions. otherwise ppl drop just there green items into it. and thats why vault is always full.

It's entirely at Mavv's discretion which items are accepted into the vault.

I totally agree that restricting the "input" to top-end items would make the task easier and cleaner. But if Mavv wants to accept green items (and sell/auction them regularly to empty the vault), then I support that decision.

He's keen to try to make a totally open deposit system work. If it proves to be too much effort, then we may see him request only a certain quality of item for deposit in the future.

Mav ,have just put a load of semi decent talisman in, if any ones interested, levels 21- 31 stuff.:clap: if there are no taker get what you can for them!
