Nidiin promoted to Captain!

Hi all,

Our guild officer, Nidiin, has been promoted to Captain rank.

Nidiin fills the 3rd Captain slot that was left vacant by Urtigao when he retired from WAR a few months back. Astrala, Snowy and Nidiin now make up the full complement of Captains for the guild and will step in to lead the guild as necessary.

I'd like to make it clear that this was not an easy decision for me. We are priveledged in <Blade and Quill> to have incredible strength and depth in our Officer population. There were other Captain candidates that had to be carefully considered and Nidiin has come through this process as my final choice.
